Hello,

I get this error every time I have to restart the SEP server.  This is a Windows 2003 SP2 machine fully patched.  The only applications installed are SEP and SEPM on this machine.  Everything seems to run fine after this message pops up, but it's a little scary when your trying to get the bugs worked out of an application and you see a crash on a restart every time.  Any ideas?
