    Can someone help me to get or share "symdeltmps" files ?

    I follow the KB: 2008060212522348, but i don't find where to download it, i got problem with verify my account and i can't dial the technical support. (I had support ID). I prefer using e-mail to contact.

    You should contact Technical Support in order to get this tool. You do not have to call to open the ticket. You can do it through the following website:

    SymDelTemps

    The "SymDelTmps" utility is designed to search for and delete "LiveUpdate" temp files and "zero byte.dax" files.

    Note: The "SymDelTmps" utility is only for removing temporary files, and "zero byte.dax" files. It also zips any ".err" files found and deletes the original ".err" files related to supported Symantec Antivirus and Symantec Endpoint Protection products.

    Latest versions available today: SymDelTemps 1.6

    Hi Mithun,

    I must using international dialing code to contact Technical Support, that's why i prefer using an e-mail or forum. Perhaps you can help me to verify my account ? I got difficulty when verified using technical contact id, support number or technical case id. What i shoul put in it ? Can i use my suppor id ?

    Yes, I did.

    And i can't verify my account. Since the technical support contact using an International Dialing Code which i can't contact from office phone.

    Hello,

    If incase, verification is not happening. Then create a new Account.

    Once, the case is created. You can insert the comment in the case, letting the Technical Support Technician for a call back as you have to accessibility to ISD calls.

    Could you PM me your ORDER NUMBER, Customer Number?? Let me check it myself.
