    I am looking for a tool which can read in depth the SymHelp logs other than symhelp tool which gives a very basic information. Can anyone support me if there is any tool which will extract detail information.

    There is a tool but it's internal to Symantec. There is nothing other than the symhelp tool.

    Hi,

    There is a tool called as a Symhelp viewer but it's an internal tool. This tool is designed for Symantec Support engineers only to view logs details with more info.

    Hello,

    There is a Tool with Symantec Technical Support for viewing the report. Other than that you could open the SymHelp Report from the SymHelp tool itself.

    Secondly, When you open SymHelp, there is the option , File >> Open Report which will open a created report for you.

    Kindly don't put any comment for Symhelp. I am well aware of it.

     

    I am looking for an Advance tool.
