  • 1.  SYMTDI.SYS BSOD Windows 7 Enterprise.

    Hi I have a user is constanly getting a blue screen randomly throughtout the day.

    The user is running SEP 11.0.7200.1147 Windows 7 Enterprise on a Dell Lattitude e6430 laptop

    We must have around 20 of the exact same setup with the exact same laptop SEP, WIndows etc...

    This is the only one this is happening on. I have a feeling this is proabably due to a piece of external hardware the user has as this is the second laptop the user has with the same issue. We swapped the laptop after failign to find the cause of the issue last time. However it has now come back on the new laptop.

    How are we to get to cause of this issue? Blusescreen details below.

    You'll need to open a support case and submit the BSOD logs.

    You're two versions behind, I would suggest upgrading to 11.0.7 MP4 as well.
