hi, 

 

when i run Live Update, only this definitions cant be update.

 

what can i do?

From the screen shot its evident that your manager not showing as update .. You should clear the defs from the manager follow these steps http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH166923

i think i already do before this, but still same.. cannot update only this

 

open control pannel

select liveudpate

select interactive, 

start - run - luall.exe

select only the one which is failing.

if it fails post the sesmlu.log and liveupdate.log
