Symantec KB site down at the moment?

I was looking for an old NetBackup 6.5 manual (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH52833 ) and received HTTP Status 404.

I then tried to open some of the URLs in my ‘Handy Links’  blog - all of them give Error 404…

I received the following via email from a Symantec employee on 25 October:

This usually indicates an Akamai issue, where some people are hitting an instance of our web site which is up whilst others hit one which is not.  It's been a few hours and I believe IT has been working on it in the meantime...

After clearing Google Chrome cache, the issue was resolved.
