Synchronization Error

Hi All,

I have the problem with reporting database synchronization jobs. The error message is

"Policies : Failed to execute the SQL Server command on 'CSM_Reports'. XML parsing: line 98, character 429, illegal xml character"

I install CCS 11.0 with PU 2012-1.

Hi All,

I got the cause of this problem. It's the Collation conflict. I reinstall new data base instace with Latin Collation. It's work!!! My old environment is Thai.

Additional detail, I have

Additional detail, I have error message when generate report as following picture

- CCS Application Server and CCS Directory Service is running normal.

- CSM_Reports is ok runing install.
