  • 1.  Sysprep not running after imaging

    So I was able to create an image using Altiris 7.1 and its been working fine for the past 3 months. However, as of last saturday, it seems Sysprep has stopped working. 

     

    When I log in with the local Admin account we get the sysprep windows that is asking us to run it. 

     

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Are you using a custom unattended.xml file?  Have you looked at that file that is placed on the target drive after the image is layed down but before rebooting?

    Is there anything in the panther folder logs?
