We have been using SMP 7.1 since December. Recently we have been having issues with a few clients which we are now reconfigured with 7.1. We have reconfigured about 10 systems with 7.1 and now they are grayed out but still active in 6.9. However they are still active, the client is not responding correctly. Inventory is not reporting any OS or Dagent Version installed. All systems appear to be one model except for 1 or 2 and all are Windows 7 Enterprise minus 1. With that being said has anyone else experienced this or is there something we need to reconfigure with our system configuration in 7.1 for it to appear properly in 6.9. I currently have a case open with support and we have worked via Level I escalated to Level II and now Level II is checking his backline. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
