    What is the purpose of this?  WIll jobs inserted here run on all new machines?

    These are normally jobs autocreated by Altiris to provide a specific function, such as to automatically update the AClient after a Deployment Server upgrade.

    They will not automatically be run on all new computers.

    If you have auto client updates turned on, the AClient/DAgent upgrade jobs will run automatically.  Otherwise, nothing else will run on it's own (or shouldn't).
