System logon account problem

Hi Guys,

In one of my backup server the backup were configured with one System Logon Account, And the person who configured the jobs is not with us now & we don't the password of it.

So I have a created new account and backup were configured.

Now I want to delete the particular account from the Backup Exec server.

 

How can I proceed??

Please let me know if you need any more inputs

But the particular id is "System logon account"

OK...so I assume you have swopped the SLA to the new account? If not, check below:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...

This would then allow you to remove the old SLA once done.
