We have un-install and re-install the agent, check the reachablity towrds SEPM is through.
Still agent is not showing online.
We have observed that
Location is showing :- Roaming profile
and agent is not updating from december 2010 and still showing of line.
can you post the sylink logs from the client?
does it shows server name undertroubleshooting (client gui)?
