How do I get technical help from Symantec?
I added the Identity Protection available for Comcast customers. My computer boot up now takes 15 minutes. It also covered up my standard IE Toolbar.
I shut off the Norton Toolbar, which allowed the IE one to show again, but now I do not get my Safesite indicators in Google.
I also shut off Symantec Backup which I never actually htought I was using because I have Carbonite for backup.
But the boot up is still about 15 minutes.
Where is Tehcnical Support for all of this?
