  • 1.  System will not deploy an image, shows "Start time 1/1/0001"

    System will not deploy an image, shows "Start time- 1/1/0001", "Status- not started", "Status Detail- Start Pending".  We had some issues after windows patches were installed (were getting 'Deployment solution licensing expired').  We rolled back the windows patches, and now we are having the above listed issue.

    Hello,

    You have not mentioned whether the tasks ever worked for you in this setup. As you mentioned that task status is not started, it means that the DS licenses are not expired other wise it would display message at the bigining when you create and execute the task. You can check the DS license status from Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) under licenses section.

    You can even right click and the stop and delete the task and again execute it and check whether it is successul.

    Are your licenses expired?  You can check this through SIM on your Notification Server.  Where were Windows patches installed that required rollback -- on the client you're mentioning, or your server(s)?
