Systems have become slow after installing SEP 12.1 ru2 from McAfee ePO

Hello Support,

Recently we have migrated antivirus from Mcafee to SEP in our network, we have 2Gb of ram and processor above dual core in all systems, after successfull implementation we are facing lots of slowness issue in the systems, please give me few tips were i can fine tune for better system performance of all our systems.

What components do you have installed? What features are you using?

Is the slowness ongoing or does it happen only at certain times (ie. copying file to network?)

1) SEPM version & installed OS details

2) SEP client version

3) Total number of SEP clients

4) Physical Machines & VM's

5) Remote Sites if any

Hi Support,

Due to download protection critical level and scan frequency was very high so system slow issue started once decresed it came to back normal.
