Systems not showing up in real time performance viewer

We are using Altiris monitoring solution V7.1 SP2 and we configured few monitoring parameters for our servers.

We are receiving alerts from the servers in event console but when we tried opening the real time performance viewer, no servers are listed in there.

Port 1011 is opened bi-directionally. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?
