I run the system help tool and i found this error, can i have your support to fix this issue please,

12.1 doesn't use IIS. Also, if you're not using SQL db than no need to worry. Same for RADIUS.

These are more just informational and not problems.

AFAIK You can safely ignore these

for ex:

1)Error No application is using IIS Secured(System)'s configured port 443 with a state of 'Listen'.

SEP 12.X does not use IIS

2) Error No application is using RADIUS Communication(httpd.exe)'s configured port 1812 with a state of 'Listen'.

-> only when you have Enforcer

3) just saying that no one is using that configured port.
