    How do I disable/modify symantec anti-virus to allow MS Office download?

    What version are you using?

    Is this a managed or unmanaged version? If unmanaged, you can right click the icon in the task tray and select "Disable"

    You are using SEP 12.1 with Advanced download protection feature? Can you check if you disable the download protection if the download is faster itself?

    Which version of SEP you are using on environment?

    Which Makes you to suspect SEP (from any logs if yes please share)?
