tamper protection exclusions don't work

I currently have an exclusion set and applied against all workstations in our company. Even with this exclsuion set we still receive hundreds of block alerts everyday.

-we have tried all methods available to create and set the exclusion with no difference.

any ideas. after searching the forums and the web it sounds like lots of people see the same issue with SEP 12 but never find a solution other than disbaling tamper protection

PS. this is one of 7 current tamper protection exclusion we have that do not work.

Similar post here:

Fix is to upgrade to 12.1 RU1 MP1 but per the thread above it still may not be working. May need to put in a support call.
