Task not started

Hi
Whenever we do any software delivery on client side client gets policy and installs that particular software successfully also we able to see success code return 0.
But in console in task it showing task not started.

First : In the console you will not see the real time status. It takes some time to update the inventory.
Even after the inventory is updated and you still seeing the same status then there may be some problem. You might wann check your EVT ques..

and if task runs successfully client side and in console it showing not started it affects reports also
