I am running Notification Server 6.0.6074 and helpdesk 6.0.1044 on the same box.  Recently it started running all the task twice.  If i manually change the time on the Microsoft Scheduled Task window it runs once at the time scheduled in altiris and once at the time scheduled in the windows task scheduler.
