Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

Hi,

Has anyone had a situation where they seem to have installed NS 7 correctly, but once done you notice that none of the Task Schedules have been created?

There is KB article on this however we dont have any group policies blocking the Windows Task Scheduler Service.

I have rebuilt the server (yes its a production server) and we still have the same problem.

I've tried running \\notificationserver\bin\config.exe /configureall which seems to run and complete after 50mins, but still no Task Schedules have been created.

Any ideas please throw them this way. I have logged a support call as of last week, struggling for feedback...
