Error 619 is not a Symantec Error.

What Operating system are you running?

Are you using Tata Photon for VPN connection??

Does it get fixed once you Disable Network Threat Protection ?

Is the Windows Firewall Turned off??

Have you applied any SEP Policy or not??

619 is not symantec error

check for windowesfirewall 

go to services.msc and disable the windowes firewall and refresh once and try or

take device id of  tata photon and add in SEPM Console in device controle and try 

Can you please advise if

1. Device works fine once SEP is uninstalled on a test machine?

2. If yes, May we assign a default antivirus and antispyware policy on the machine that will come after installing an unmanaged client?

If none of them works, please open a case with Support.

Hello,

Try after stopping SEP service.

If you are using window 7 & vista, disable the windows firewall & UAC(UserAccess Control).

1. Public Firewall

2. Private Firewall

3. Domain Firewall.

Stop SEP services, try tata photon and let us know.

ADC policy may require a reboot. Check and let us know if it works.

Your issue resolve or not?
