Technical Contact Id is not valid for your account

Hi I am getting this error message when trying to verify support/

"Technical Contact Id is not valid for your account". I have changed the technical contact to same name email etc here

But it is still giving me the same message. Any help appreciated.

you need to get in touch with the licensing department for this address, drop a mail on this link

on unmanaged client it should show up the dialog box i guess.

make sure u r in console session or logged in locally to the box.open thesep interface.

click on scan now this will show the dialog box, however schedule scan will not show the box..
