    Hi All,

     

    Sorry I'm not sure if I can post this topic here but I think someone can help me.

     

    Would it be possible to create a technical support case if my account does not own license? My license has been shared from another Symantec account.

     

    If yes, where can I get technical contact Id or support number or technical case Id? I have seen only support id in the certificate.

    I now got it.

     

    I'd to create customer support case for requesting the technical id. I don't understand why I need to do that. Anyway, it works right now.
