temper protection of SEP to protect DLP

Can we use SEP feature of temper protection to protect DLP installed files and folders ?

No. Tamper protection only protects sep files and registry keys from being tampered with. You need to use application control policy for what you want

DLP has its own tamper protection for agent. You can use DLP tamper protection.

under agent configuration , there should be a value for AgentTamperProtection.ENABLE_AGENT_TAMPER_PROTECTION.int
