  • 1.  Test environment - ITMS

    I need to create a test enviroment for ITMS.

    This way, cloned the 3 servers of ITMS solution  (Database Server, Servicedesk Server and SMP Server).

    In SMP Server I changed the Settings in the option Settings/Notification Server/Database Settings. After  this my Enviroment SMP worked normally.

    I need know how to proceed to change database settings in my Servicesk Server (Workflow Server and Process Manager).

    How to proceed to make this settings.
