We installed a new LaCie 5big on a Windows 2003 domain, which was no problem joining the domain. We also have write rights to the LaCie-5big\public share. The old defective LaCie NAS was perfectly seen as a device in Backup Exec, the new-one is not recognised neither as a device nor as the network drive Z:\ (this drive was automaticly created by the LaCie configuration software). Can anybody help solving this problem? Backup Jobs can not be established without device. Thanks in advance
