Is there any method of being able to find out what files are being recalled from FSA on a monthly basis

You can enabled EV auditing http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH55267

And select category 'view' from EV server's properly from vault admin console.

Once you auditing enabled, it can analyzed using auditviewer (\program file 86 \ enterprise vault) or running sql queries against audit database.

Thanks, also we can install FSA Reporting as well, and check "Archived Items Access" ?

Not sure if you question is related to topic we have discussed for this forum's subject, just answer to question that 'fsautility' is command line utility which is run from EV server installation directory.

c:\program file 86\enteprise vault>fsautility
