Specifically I would like to lookup the authorizerAccountId (or onBehalfOfAccountId or jurisdiction id...why is it called different things in different documents?). I'm trying to code for the possibility that we will be reselling to hundreds of our clients, and I need to use the correct authorizerAccountId for each call. Maintaining our own mapping from our customer id to the id generated by VIP Manager is just begging for user error, which usually results in an interuption for me. If I can look that value up myself through some API, I can prevent a great deal of confusion.
