and this will get any local drives on the host.

Problem with the full system

Problem with the full system policy is it does a full system backup each time instead of just the changes if I understand it correctly where as a policy under "Files and Folders" will only do the changes, i.e. incremental.

You still dedup with full system but you are doing everything each time.
