"There are currently no logon server available" when using PIV token

    Hello,

I have run across this issue and wanted to know if anyone else has seen it or found a solution to it.  I am running Win 7 64bit with SEE full disk encryption.  We have users that have been using the username/password model for a while without any issues.  Due to some policy changes we have been removing users from registration and adding them back using their PIV token.  Everything seems OK but at some point they will get the following error.  “There are currently no logon servers available to service this request." This happens once they are remote (off the domain), and they log in past SEE using their token.  They get to Windows and get this error.  This issue seems to be random.  Sometimes the user can go days before this happens.  I had one remote user that was able to log into Windows using username/password instead of his token.  I then removed his registration in SEE and re-registered him using his username/password.  Then everything was fine.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

We are using Full Disk Encryptoin 8.2.1 MP14
