No, unfortunately not
The only supported methods are through the Vault Admin Console

You can script through SQL Queries, but its not supported by Symantec, and can easily overload your environment to the point where its not responsive and cause major issues, along with the fact that you might end up deleting legitimate archives, and have to perform a DR to get those archives back

You should ping Andrew Becker (AndrewB on the forums) at Trace3 as they have an Orphaned Archives application that can detect orphaned archives, schedule deletions, detect legal holds and Retention Categories on hold etc, along with an audit trail of who approved the deletions, when the deletions started/completed etc

Please have a look below links created by prominent members of this forum.

Deleting multiple archive in one go is not allowed by VAC, It can be achived by changing SQL database (evdirectory\archive table\archivestatus=4) but it is not supported as Enterprise Vault API doesn’t allow you to delete multiple archives and in background delete single archive at a time.

You may wish to put idea in enhancement section; TN

Please also make sure your SQL table does not get fragmented due to archive deletion and run SQL maintainence in regular interval.
