Hi, just wondering - is there a way to force syncronization from the server side?

    Cheers.

I'm afraid not.  There are no native SEE Manager Console commands to prompt client machines to check-in.

I suspect you might be able to get a client to check-in with the server via other means though.  Have a look at the new fangled SEE11 command line article:

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC7716

Again, though, getting the command to check-in to the client would be performed via other means like psexec, SCCM, Altiris, and not natively via SEE itself.  It's entirely possible that whatever you're trying to get the client to check-in to do, is possible via these commands anyway!

thank you, though there's no information on how to do this vai CLI - maybe 3d party tool would make this possible.

anyway this shouldn't be a bit issue for the client.

By the way, just wondering why threre's absolutely now functionality for role-based access control? This is now classics for any enterprise product...
