    Is there a way to restrict select pgp users from creating other pgp user accounts? I am running into an issue where I can no longer access some of my company's laptops because the users deleted all PGP accounts except theirs. I would love to be able to keep them from doing this.

    If you have a PGP Universal Server you should be able to disallow user management through your consumer policy
