Is there a webpage that breaks out each and every part of Endpoint Protection?

I'm looking for a page that will break out each and every part of SEP, something like:
Network Threat Protection:
What is does
Policies that can be set
Recommended settings
And has the above for each of the parts of SEP.
In light of recent events I am going to be completely reconfiguring our SEP configuration and this would be very helpful.
