Is there any option in symantec endpoint protection manager to install or uninstall any kind of third party application/software remotely ?

Hi,
It's not possible with the help of Symantec Endpoint Protection.
As Ashish said you can uninstall only 3rd party supported antivurs.

There is no option in the symantec endpoint protection manager to Install any kind of third party application/software remotely.
In other words,
Install third party application/software remotely - NO
Uninstall third party application/software remotely - YES
For Installing third party application/software remotely, you would have to consider the Symantec's Altiris Deployment Solutions https://www.symantec.com/deployment-solution
To uninstall Third party Software, we have the third-party security software removal feature in SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 onwards. Check this Article below:
