This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi is there anyone that can explain to me why I have three xml files under my SEP11 Managers Server Private Key Backup folder?
I have two domains.
Two of this files have the same KEYSTOREPASS, but one of those xml files has a diffrent one.

Go to \Program Files

Go to \Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\conf
Here you will get the original server.xml file

have you re-installed this

have you re-installed this SEPM ?

The keystore file name is keystore_<timestamp>.jks. The keystore contains the private-public key pair and the self-signed certificate. The server.xml file name is server_<timestamp>.xml.
