Throwing a False Positive AV flag - need contact info

We just launched a new application three weeks ago. We ran it through VirusTotal.com and Symantec is the only company throwing an AV flag that says: WS.Reputation.1

Can someone please share the contact information with the appropriate department so that I can clear this violation please.

submit the file to Security response & open a support ticket. Work with them for the false positive. Till that time you may want to exclude that file from scanning.

It's a probably a false positive alert.

Software White-Listing Request can be submit here.

submit.symantec.com/whitelist

Meanwhile if possible you can also add the centralized exception.
