Timestamp for "Last Start" time on Executable Usage metering report incorrect by 4 Hours

    Hi All,

I'm new to Application Metering and I have a slight problem with the Executable Usage report.  It appears to be logging all of the usage from the clients correctly, but when I drill down to the individual computer usage report it shows a "Last Start" timestamp that is off by 4 hours.  (1PM turns to 5PM in the report).

The Notication Server, Site Server and clients are all set for EST.  Is there some generic Altiris report display setting that I'm overlooking? I have verified that the temp files on the client have the correct time in the TimeGenerated field for the .exe usage before the files are sent to the server.

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jim

The time reported for application metering usage is in UTC.  So, if your clients are on EST, that would explain the 4 hour difference.  The only way to change this is to modify the SQL behind the report to convert the UTC time into local time.

    THANKS!

I appreciate the quick response. I'll look at modifying the report.
