  • 1.  Tool to Remove 3rd party AV

    Hello All

    I am in the process of trialling SEP12.1 as we need to replace our CA Etrust in the coming months. We have over 1000 workstations and don't want to go through the pain of removing these manually. Does SEP 12 like Sophos have something built in that will remove any 3rd party AV's?

    Look in the Tools and Documents folder in your software download.

    You will find the Competitive uninstaller in Tools/NoSupport/CompetitiveUninstall. This tool will help with removing 3rd party AV products before installing SEP.

    I can't find this in the folder structure I un-zipped.

    I believe it is a separate download named "Tools and Documents". Do you see this in the trial version?

    No, its not available in the trial version. Will have a look at the website.
