Hello, 

I was trying to install an agent through the console in version 14.0, and I encountered a dialogue box asking for 'tools_key'  Where can I find the tools key? the dialogue box has not picked it and I have been prompted to enter it. The installation is a fresh one. 

Any help with this will be much appreciated.

 once you download agent software from symantec web site, the easiest way to do is to first create installation package using DLP UI (System/Agent/Agent Packaging).

When you create package, you will have to define the tools password (so you will set it to the value you want) and also uninstallation key which you will compute with

an executable (UninstallPwdKey.exe or something like that) available in your downloaded package in Tools directory. Then once you have generated you rpackage you will be able to install it on any workstation by using the install.bat script available in the generated package.
