I agree with jrudbecka, your links don't work.

And Symantec Endpoint Protection Knowledge Base is impossible to find.

Any idea?

Regarding the broken links...

When you browse to one and get the "not found message", remove the word "Title" from the end of the URL.  Reload.  You'll get the article in question.
