  • 1.  TouchDown don't sync properly on my new LG G4

    Hello all,

    I have a licensed TouchDown for android.

    I've been using it with no issues on Samsung galaxy phones.

    Yesterday I installed it on a new LG G4 mobile phone and have the following issues:

    • The app don't sync old e-mails (prior to installation)
    • The app don't sync calendar – beside today's schedule
    • The app don't my request for classic view and keep turning back to the new app view.

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app few times – with no change in these issues.

     

    Do you have any idea what can I do to sove it??

    This is probably because the application was not successfully confiured to use the ActiveSync protocol and may have connected using the Exchange 2003/2007 connection modes. Please uncheck these options when configuring and see the error produced by the configuration. Support can help you get that sorted (assuming your server indeed supports activesync)
