TouchDown

I am using TouchDown HD on Android OS and all of my calendar items are 1 hour earlier than they should be since we set daylight savings time last Saturday, 11/1/2015.

All date and time setting are automatic to my location and correct on the PDA and all ofhter application date/time settings are correct.

I have completely removed the applicationand re-installed and it does not fix the problem.

Anyonw know how to correct this please?

Cosby or JmKrane, did either of you get a resolution?  I found the same thing - for recurring meetings or meetings that were established prior to Daylight Savings Time, they are off by an hour.  For meetings that I set up now, they are correct.  This is causing a huge issue for me, can't even depend on the calendar at all.  Thanks for any guidance!

Yes it's correct in Web Access and in Outlook. And any meetings I set up now are coming through correctly, just the ones from before are not. I used touchdown on my android phone without issue but the version I just installed on my new iPhone is having the issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still continuing.

What timezone are you currently in, and where were the meetings sent from?

I am in the Eastern time zone and the meetings were sent from the Eastern time zone.  They are recurring meetings that were sent over a year ago and they are showing up 1 hour earlier than they are supposed to be (e.g. a 10am meeing is showing up as 9am).  

And this is only being seen on the Android version? That's strange- we had an issue where we were seeing this on the iOS version, where EST was getting confused with East Cayman Island time, which didn't enter DST, hence the confusion. If you go into the calendar and hit menu>refresh, does that help?

It's only happening in the iOS app (it was correct in the Android version that I used to have).  So one of my recurring appointments was resent out this morning and is now working accurately.  But the one that was sent out in the past is still incorrect (should be at 1pm and is showing at noon, despite that fact that it's 1pm in Outlook and webmail).  I don't have a "refresh" option on my calendar, in fact, no refresh at all.  The only way I can get it to refresh is by going into mail and dragging down from the top.  Is there a shortcut that I'm not aware of?

The issue with the EST events appearing one hour off should be resolved in the build that was just released. What version are you on?
