  • 1.  Touchdown HD error code -505

    Trying do install touchdown HD on my LG G4 and keep getting error code -505. The troubleshooting guide did not fix it, Please let me know how to get the app to install. Thx

    That sounds as if you still have Touchdown for Smartphones installed on the device. If so, you want to uninstall Touchdown for Smartphones first and then you can install Touchdown HD. Your license will work for either program.
