I updated Touchdown HD yesterday per my normal Google notices. If I have an incoming email I have no issue accessing the program.
If I have no notice of an incoming email I cannot gain entry into Touchdown as the License and Diagnostic Screen appears wher I can accept the Symantec License Agreement, but due to company IT policies cannot allow the Diagnostic Data switch to be turned ON, thereby not allowing me to press the CONTINUE button and move forward.
Any ideas on a fix or workaround???????????
