I purchased TownDown for Mac on Apple Store in April 2014 for my personal Retina MacBook Pro but I'm very dissappointed. TD will not sync with Exchange ActiveSync account properly if I have used Outlook on my office Windows machine to manage the EAS account. And if I reset the TD database and try to setup my TD client again, TD will crash constantly after I enter the EAS account information and click on Next, so it become useless software to me.

According to the crash information, it appears to be a UI issue (it crashed on Edit Text control). I know because I'm an 14 year software engineer on Android / iOS / Windows applications so I can read crash logs.

I bought this product because it's the only EAS mail client on Mac, but you suspended the support and did not fix the crash issue just after I bough the software. Now I'm very annoyed and demand a offical fix for the crash! Come on, I bough the software on April and you tell me I have no support in May, is that fare? Can I ask for at least 1 year support?

    Thanks!
