Touchdown not moving contacts to phone

    I had a few contacts that were not copying to the phone (Command Copy to Phone) so I decided to refresh all contacts and recopy to the phone.  No I get no contacts on the phone whatsoever.  I have recopied the contacts.  3 times and rebooted the phone and nothing.  I am running Samsung S4 and Android 4.4.4 and latest Touchdown.    

     

    Any suggestions much appreciated.
