Touchdown Notes Shows "(category)", so doesn't display my notes. I can find my notes using search.
Please click on the filter button, the click clear button, and apply and see if this clears the category filter that may have been established ?

The issue is in the NOTES. There is no filter in the notes function. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Oh i see, it looks like an internal category filter somehow got popupated. Did you happen to backup or restore settings on the device ? The only option out may be to actually reconfigure.
I have the same issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application but the problem persists.
Uninstalling and reinstalling would have been equivalent to reconfiguring (as long as you did the configuration fresh after reinstalling and not restored a backup). In this case indeed it looks like a hard to reproduce issue here.
Ok thanks, I've done a fresh install without restoring settings and that has worked.
